Membership Entitlement

  1. The Wellness Club is available to all registered customers residing in Malaysia.

  2. Membership registration is complimentary.

  3. Each customer may maintain only one The Wellness Club account. Multiple or combined accounts are not permitted.

  4. Membership remains active for life. However, to retain the exclusive benefits of the current tier, a minimum annual spend of USD 500 is required.

  5. If the minimum annual spending requirement is not met, members will be transitioned to a previous tier.

  6. Members can accumulate cashback on eligible purchases made exclusively through the Onecare Official Website and/or from membership rewards.

  7. The Wellness Club features five exclusive tiers: Guest Class, Fresh Class, Glow Class, Star Class, and First Class, each offering a distinct level of benefits and privileges.

  8. Membership accounts are valid only within Malaysia. Members cannot ship purchased items to other countries.

Benefits and Rewards

  1. A welcome gift is offered upon first-time upgrade to a new tier and must be redeemed within one year.

  2. Members of Fresh Class, Glow Class, Star Class, and First Class will receive birthday cashback and gifts thoughtfully curated by the Onecare team, redeemable only during their birthday month.

  3. Members will be notified of their birthday privileges via email at the beginning of their birthday month.

Tiers And Upgrade

  1. An upgrade of the membership tier will be reflected in the member’s account and communicated via email.

  2. Spending Requirements for Tier Ascension:

    • Guest to Fresh Class: Cumulative spend of USD 400.

    • Fresh Class to Glow Class: Cumulative spend of USD 2,000.

    • Glow Class to Star Class: Cumulative spend of USD 4,000.

    • Star Class to First Class: Cumulative spend of USD 8,000.

  3. To retain the exclusive benefits of the current tier, a minimum annual spend of USD 161 is required.

Cashback

  1. Cashback is accumulated on eligible purchases made through the Onecare Official Website. Purchases made through other platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, are not eligible for cashback.

  2. Cashback cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, or sold.

  3. Cashback earned will be credited to the customer’s cashback wallet within 3 business days from when the order is marked as shipped.

  4. Cashback can be used to cover up to 30% of the total purchase value of eligible products.

  5. Onecare reserves the right to adjust or deduct the cashback amount, should there be any product returns.

  6. Any cashback obtained through fraudulent activities will be revoked, ensuring the integrity of The Wellness Club.

  7. Due to currency differences, cashback is valid only in the country where the account is registered.

Cashback Missions & OnecareFans

  1. All members of The Wellness Club are welcome to participate in cashback missions and the OnecareFans community.

  2. Members must feature Onecare product in their social media posts, include the hashtag #OnecareFans, and tag @onecare.

  3. Posts or stories must be made from an active social media account with a public profile, meaning anyone can view the posts.

  4. All posts or stories must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.

  5. Onecare reserves the right to approve or reject submissions based on adherence to guidelines.

  6. By participating, members consent to Onecare using their posts on its website and social media channels, showcasing the vibrant Onecare community.

Referral Program

  1. The Referral Program offers members exclusive cash vouchers and luxurious gifts worth up to USD 323 by referring new customers to Onecare.

  2. Referred friends must be new customers who have not previously registered or made a purchase on the Onecare Official Website.

  3. To qualify for rewards, referred friends must use your unique referral code during checkout for their first purchase.

  4. Referred friends will receive USD 5 Cash Voucher upon using the referral code during checkout for the first purchase.

  5. Referrers will receive rewards for each successful referral within thirty-five (35) days of the referred friend’s completed purchase:

    • 1st Friend: USD 16 Cash Voucher

    • 2nd Friend: USD 8 Cash Voucher + Gift Worth USD 38

    • 3rd Friend: Cash Vouchers Worth USD 24 (1x USD 16 + 1x USD 8)

    • 4th Friend: USD 8 Cash Voucher + Gift Worth USD 48

    • 5th Friend: Cash Vouchers Worth USD 32 (2x USD 16)

    • 6th Friend: Cash Vouchers Worth USD 40 (2x USD 16 + 1x USD 8) + Gift Worth USD 106

  6. USD 16 vouchers require a minimum spend of USD 96, and USD 8 vouchers require a minimum spend of USD 48. Each voucher is valid for a single transaction.

  7. Gifts rewarded through the referral program will be shipped with the referrer’s next purchase.

  8. All cash vouchers earned through the referral program have a six-month expiration date. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of rewards or cash.

  9. A referral is deemed successful once the referred friend’s order is completed and delivered, with no returns, exchanges, or money-back requests made.

  10. If a referred friend returns their order, the referrer’s reward will be adjusted accordingly.

  11. Referral codes are valid for the lifetime of The Wellness Club membership and do not have an expiration date.
